Summary

Lex Sentinel is bringing AI to the UK legal sector. Our platform, Inaiva.co, gives law firms an AI voice receptionist and a suite of tools to manage their client calls and enquiries — and it is live in the market today. We are building our founding commercial team in Colombo and hiring three ambitious, articulate professionals to take Inaiva.co to law firms across England and Wales. This is a high-energy, phone-led role with genuine earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by calling UK law firms, introducing Inaiva.co and securing product demonstrations — an outbound-focused role with a significant cold-calling element.
• Deliver compelling online video demonstrations, address questions and objections, and guide prospects towards a decision.
• Own your pipeline from first contact to signed client, and consistently meet your conversion targets.
• Support and retain existing clients by phone and email, resolving their queries and strengthening each relationship.
• Keep accurate, diligent records of your prospects and pipeline.

Requirements

• Outstanding spoken and written English, polished enough to engage UK solicitors with confidence and credibility.
• Proven experience in a phone-based sales, business development or customer-support role serving UK or US clients.
• A confident, resilient communicator who is energised by outbound calling and comfortable opening conversations with new prospects.
• A natural ability to explain technology clearly and persuasively to a non-technical audience.
• Organised, target-driven and diligent in maintaining accurate records.
• Able to work UK business hours (approximately 1:30pm to 9:30pm Colombo time).
