**About the role** Appan Pathmanathan is seeking a driven Conveyancing Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE to join our specialist property team. This is a high-visibility role requiring a practitioner who balances technical rigor with a modern, client-first approach to legal services. You will handle a diverse caseload from instruction to post-completion, ensuring seamless transaction lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll work on**

• Independent management of a full range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, new builds, and re-mortgages.
• Drafting and negotiating complex contracts, transfers, and supplemental titles.
• Conducting thorough title investigations and reporting on complex legal titles.
• Acting as the primary point of clinical contact for high-net-worth clients, lenders, and estate agents.
• Proactive pipeline management to meet exchange and completion targets without compromising compliance standards.

**What you bring**

• **Experience:** 2–5 years PQE specifically within a busy Conveyancing department.
• **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written mastery; the ability to translate complex legal jargon into clear, actionable advice for clients.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Deep understanding of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Protocol and CQS requirements.
• **Autonomy:** A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• **Tech-Savvy:** Fluency in case management systems and digital land registry tools.
