Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Aakam.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate information and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us of any unauthorised access.

3. Candidates

You confirm the information on your profile is true and that you have the right to share any CV or document uploaded. You consent to AI-assisted assessment and to having your profile shown to prospective employers when you apply or opt in.

4. Employers

Placement fees are success-based and invoiced on a successful hire, with a 3-month replacement guarantee. Detailed commercial terms are agreed in a separate Master Services Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

No discriminatory job posts, no scraping, no off-platform circumvention of our placement fee. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Liability

Aakam.ai's liability is limited to fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
